Sunflower Squares

List of Ingredients
½ cup (125 mL) butter
1 cup (250 mL) graham wafer crumbs
1 cup (250 mL) rolled oats
2 cups (500 mL) chopped dates
1 cup (250 mL) salted, roasted sunflower seeds
2 cups (500 mL) flaked or shredded coconut
1 can (300 ml) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
Recipe
1. In large mixing bowl, combine butter, crumbs and rolled oats; mix well. Press evenly into bottom of a parchment paper-lined 15 X 10-inch (2 L) jelly roll pan.
2. Sprinkle with chopped dates, sunflower seeds and coconut. Pour Eagle Brand evenly on top.
3. Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan; lift out with paper and cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
