List of Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) finely crushed cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (about 50 crackers)
3 tbsp (45 mL) butter, melted
2 pkgs (225 g each) regular or low fat cream cheese
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 egg whites
1 tsp (5 mL) grated orange rind
Recipe
1. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of parchment paper-lined pan.
2. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand. Add juice concentrate, egg whites and rind; mix well. Pour batter onto the crumb base.
3. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 minutes or until centre is set. Cool, then chill. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
