    List of Ingredients




    1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
    4 teaspoons olive oil or salad oil
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    Dash pepper

    Recipe



    1. Rinse garbanzo beans; transfer to a bowl. In a screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Pour over beans; toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
    2. Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving. Drain beans or serve with slotted spoon. Makes about 2 cups (sixteen 2-tablespoon servings).
