    Grated zucchini 3 cups
    Flour 3 cups
    Sugar 3 cups
    Cooking oil 1 1/2 cup
    Baking soda 1 tsp.
    Baking powder 2 tsp.
    Eggs 4
    Cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp.
    Chopped nuts 1 cup

    FROSTING:
    Package cream cheese, softened 1, 3 - ounce
    Margarine 1/2 cup
    Vanilla 1 tsp.
    Powdered sugar 2 cup

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients; place in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Cool cake and frost.


    Blend ingredients together.
