Kentucky Bourbon Balls

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 pounds plus 2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 pounds chocolate-flavored candy coating*, melted
Recipe
Soak pecans in bourbon 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. In large mixer bowl, beat margarine, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Gradually add EAGLE BRAND®, pecan mixture and confectioners' sugar until well blended. Sahpe into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Chill until firm. With fork or wooden pick, dip each into warm candy coating; let excess drip off. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; let stand until firm. Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
Notes: * Also called confectioners' coating or candy coating.
