4 cups of white sugar;
1-1/2 cups whipping cream;
1/2 cup of white corn syrup;
2 tablespoons of butter;
1 packet of Baker's chocolate;
1 teasspoon of vanilla;
1 teaspoon of almond flavor.
Recipe
Bring first four ingredients to a boil until mixture has a soft ball texture when dropped into cool water. Divide evenly into two bowls. Add baker's chocolate and vanilla to one half. Add almond to the other half. Beat with a spoon by hand until both mixtures are thick but still can be poured. (It works best to have two people, each beating one mixture.)
Alternating mixtures, place large spoonfuls into a buttered 8" x 11" pan, creating a marble effect. Refrigerate for two hours before cutting and serving.
