    Chicken Chili is spicy and robust, and looks great served in a hollowed-out, hearth-baked bread bowl.


    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 cup green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup onion, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) red kidney beans, undrained
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
    1 tablespoon McCormick® Chili Powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® California Style Garlic Salt
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
    (OR McCormick® Cilantro Leaves )
    1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Heat oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chicken, bell peppers and onions; sauté 8-10 minutes.

    2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes.
