1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon milk
1/3 cup snipped dried cherries and/or finely chopped dried figs
1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts (filberts) or almonds, chopped
    3/4 cup coconut

    1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and milk. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until combined. Stir in cherries and/or figs and hazelnuts.
    2. Chill in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes or until easy to handle. Using your hands, shape mixture into 2 balls. Roll balls in coconut. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until serving time. Makes 2 balls (thirty-two one-tablespoon servings)
