    125g butter
    2 tablespoons castor sugar
    ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
    1 ½ cups self-raising flour
    75g dark chocolate, grated

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, beat in condensed milk, then sifted flour in 2 lots, stir in chocolate. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, place on lightly greased oven trays, press down lightly with a fork. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

    Makes about 35.
