Decadent chocolate cookies

250g unsalted butter
100g dark chocolate, chopped
2 cups (375g) brown sugar, lightly packed
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 ½ cups plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa
100g (1 cup) chopped pecans or walnuts
60g (1/2 cup) chopped roasted hazelnuts
90g (1/2 cup) sultanas
100g packet Choc bits
100g white chocolate, chopped
Recipe
Melt butter and dark chocolate in large heatproof bowl over hot water. Stir in sugar and eggs, then sifted flour and cocoa, nuts, sultanas, Choc bits and white chocolate. Drop tablespoons of mixture into greased shallow round-based patty pans or onto lightly-greased oven trays. Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes, or until just set, lift onto wire racks to cool.
Makes about 50.
