Deluxe Choc-Chip Cookies

List of Ingredients
2 cups of plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of (bi-carb) baking soda
120 grams of butter 120 grams of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1 and a half cups of milk choc chips
1 and a half cups of white choc chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 190º C. or 375º F. Sift flour and bi-carb in a small bowl. In a larger bowl, cream butter and sugar add egg and vanilla to creamed mixture, and beat until combined. Fold in combined flour and bi-carb. Add chocolate bits and mix. Drop teaspoonfuls on to a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
