125g Western Star Butter
1 ¼ Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 ½ Cups Plain Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk Chocolate Dots
½ Cup White Chocolate Dots
Recipe
Preheat the oven to180C.
Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl until light and creamy. Add the vanilla and egg and stir to combine.
Fold in the sifted flour and baking powder and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and fold through.
Place spoonfuls of the mixture on greased and/or lined baking trays, allowing room for spreading and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are a pale golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack and then serve or store in an airtight container.
