No-Bake Marshmallow-Chip Clusters

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 1/4 cups mini-marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups broken-up pretzel sticks
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Recipe
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in 3 1/4 cups marshmallows to melt. Off heat, add vanilla. Cool slightly.
2. Mix peanuts, raisins and pretzels in bowl. Add marshmallow mixture. Stir in remaining marshmallows and chips until coated (photo 1, page 98, bottom right).
3. Roll heaping tablespoon of mixture with hands into haystack cluster (photo 2, page 98). Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Chill 20 minutes or store clusters in the refrigerator.
