Oatmeal Rum Raisin Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon McCormick® Imitation Rum Extract
2 cups quick oats, uncooked
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup raisins
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg and beat well; blend in vanilla and rum extracts. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; add to creamed mixture, mix well. Stir in raisins.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
