    1 box carrot cake mix with pudding
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    3 eggs
    1 tablespoon almond flavoring
    12-ounces semi-sweet chocolate mini chips
    1/4 cup pecans, chopped
    Cooking spray

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375F. Blend cake mix and cocoa. Add oil, eggs and flavoring; mix well. Add chips and nuts; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

    Makes 8-9 dozen.
