White Chocolate And Orange Biscuits

200g softened unsalted butter
1 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
grated rind of 1 orange
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2½ cups (370g) plain flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
375g white chocolate, chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 180&deeg;C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Cream together butter, sugar and orange rind. Add eggs and vanilla essence.
Fold through sifted flour and baking powder. Fold through chocolate.
Place heaped tablespoons worth of mixture onto prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack.
