    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
    2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/3 cup strawberry preserves

    Preheat oven to 300º.
    Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
    In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand® until smooth. Add eggs and 1/4 cup lemon juice; mix well.
    Pour half the batter into prepared pan.
    Combine remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice with preserves. Spoon in small amounts over batter. Top with remaining batter.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Garnish with additional preserves if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
