    4 Mars bars,
    2 tablespoons brown sugar,
    110 g (4oz) crunchy oatmeal flakes,
    50 g (2oz) chopped roasted hazelnuts,
    1/2 teaspoon grated cinnamon,
    1 egg.

    Recipe



    Mix together the sugar, cereal, hazelnuts and cinnamon. Slice the Mars bars and dip into beaten egg, then add to the cereal mixture. Deep fry. Drain. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
