    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding
    1 cup sour cream
    1-3/4 cup cold milk
    Cool Whip
    1 large banana

    Recipe



    Mix first three ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan or Pyrex dish. Bake at 350F until brown. Cool. Crumble onto bottom of 9 x 13 inch serving dish. Mix remaining ingredients (except bananas and Cool Whip) well and spread over first layer. Top with sliced banana, then Cool Whip. Chili. Serve cold.

    Serves 12.
