    List of Ingredients




    FILLING:
    250 g Philadelphia Ultra low-fat cream cheese

    250 ml Fat-free sour cream

    1 pkg Jello light (lemon flavour)

    1/2 c. Splenda

    1 c. Boiling Water

    CRUST:

    1 1/4 graham wafer crumbs

    2 tsp margarine, melted

    3 tbsp fat-free sour cream

    Recipe



    CRUST: Mix graham wafer crumbs, margarine and sour cream. Press into eight inch pie plate or into 14 aluminium foil mini tart shells. Chill.

    FILLING:

    Combine boiling water and jello, chill until it begins to set.

    Blend cream cheese and Splenda, with mixer. Add sour cream. Stir in lightly set jello.

    Spoon into prepared crust. Chill.

    Can be topped with small amount of sugar-free jam (blend with a little hot water to thin)
