Whaler's Rum
List of Ingredients
1 Hawaiian pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into rings
1/3 cup Whaler's Pineapple Paradise Rum
1 cup sliced almonds
3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground cloves
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. Butter

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400�F
Cook and caramelize the pineapple rings in a non-stick pan until just soft. Add rum and cook off alcohol. Place remaining ingredients in food processor and pulse to blend. Place pineapple rings in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with almond mixture. Bake in preheated 400� oven until gold and bubbly, 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
