    1.5 c. flour
    3/4 c. oat flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 cup splenda or sugar twin
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. strong coffee, room temp.
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Place all dry ing. into large bowl and mix well. Beat all remaining ing. well and add to dry. Bake at 325 for 35 min. or until toothpick in center comes out clean. DON'T overbake.
