Vanilla Almond Torte

1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick� Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon McCormick� Pure Almond Extract
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
McCormick� Ground Cinnamon Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350�F. Unfold pastry sheet on floured surface. Press dough together at folds. Cut in half lengthwise. Bake on greased baking sheet 15 minutes. Slice cooled pastry in half horizontally.
2. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, sugar and extracts until creamy. Fold in whipped cream.
3. Assemble 4 layer torte by alternating layers, beginning with pastry and ending with cream mixture. Use 1/3 cup cream mixture between layers. Sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
