90g Cocoa Pops, finely crushed
30g reduced-fat margarine, melted
250g ricotta cheese
2 tbs caster sugar
2 x 200g tubs French Vanilla Light Fruche
� cup diet chocolate topping
� cup water
� cup cocoa
1 tbs gelatine
1 punnet strawberries, hulled and halved Recipe
Coat the base and sides of a 23cm springform pan with cooking spray. Combine the Cocoa Pops and margarine. Press evenly over the base of the tin. Refrigerate.
Combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, Fruche and topping in a food processor and process until smooth.
Combine the water, cocoa and gelatine in a small saucepan and heat, stirring, until dissolved. Cool, then blend into the cheese mixture. Pour into the prepared tin and refrigerate several hours until set. Decorate with the strawberries.
