Baked Crab Casserole

List of Ingredients
1. vegetable cooking spray
2. 1.0 tbsp margarine
3. 1.0 lb fresh Maine crabmeat
4. 2.0 tbsp Dijon mustard
5. 1.0 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
6. 4.0 stiffly beaten egg white
7. 2.0 freshly grated tbsp Parmesan cheese
8. 0.25 finely diced cup onion
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the casserole with cooking spray.
2. In a skillet, add the margarine and saute the onions until soft, but not brown.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crab, onion, Worcestershire, and mustard, and then gently fold in the egg whites.
4. Turn into the casserole, sprinkle the cheese, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly puffed or browned. Serve immediately.
