6 ounces barramundi fillet
2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon grated ginger
1 spring onion
1 teaspoon coriander or cilantro
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons white wine
Tin foil
Recipe
Cut a square of tin foil and place barramundi in tin foil, sprinkle with salt grated ginger, soy, sliced spring onion, coriander, and salt. Fold tin foil over until completely sealed and cook for about 5 minutes in a pan at 375 degrees so the fish steams in the tin foil.
Serve with snow peas and almond salad.
