List of Ingredients
4 red mullets of 150g (6 oz) each
- 4 small soles
- 300g ( 3/4 lb) squid cut in rings
- 1 lemon
- 100g (4 oz) flour
- Salt
- 2l (3 pt) oilRecipe
Clean the fish.
Pour the oil into a pan on medium heat Roll the fish and squid in the flour, shake off the excess flour and plunge in the hot oil.
Fry until crisp and brown.
Drain and salt.
Serve with slices of lemon
