Halibut with vegetable julienne

List of Ingredients
750g of halibut fillets cut into pieces,
100 ml dry white wine,
3 shallots chopped,
1 leek and 3 carrots chopped,
250g of button mushrooms choppedRecipe
Put vegetables in layers starting with shallots at the bottom in a buttered dish. Add white wine. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C. Add halibut fillets dotted with knobs of butter and place in the oven for a further 15 minutes without cover. If you prefer your vegetables more tender, you can shallow fry them before adding them to the fish.
