    Honey Mustard Soy Shrimp

    Squeeze of fresh lemon
    2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp. honey mustard
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    10 oz. peeled and deveined large shrimp

    Recipe



    1 Stir together all ingredients, except the shrimp, in a medium bowl. Then add shrimp, and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    2 Preheat the broiler. Remove shrimp from the marinade. Place in a single layer on the broiler pan, spaced about 1/2 inch apart. (Discard the marinade.)
    3 Broil the shrimp until opaque
