Medaillons of Monkfish With Shallots

500 g (1.1 lb) fillet of monkfish
- 3 shallots
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt, pepperRecipe
Cut the monkfish into medaillons.
Chop the shallots.
Season the medaillons, roll them in the chopped shallots.
Put the medaillons on the grid of the steamer bowl equipped with the clip-on handle and steam for 8 mins.
Spoon melted butter over medallions to preserve subtle taste of shallots.
Serve immediately
