Salmon Fillet with Butter Parsley Sauce

2 lb Salmon fillet
-1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
-1/4 cup of unsalted butter
-Salt & Pepper
Recipe
Season the fillets with salt and pepper. On the grill top, cook the salmon until flaky throughout, gently turning over with a spatula. Prepare the sauce by mixing together butter and parsley. Heat butter mixture in raclette trays until melted and pour over cooked salmon. Garnish with your favourite vegetables.
Tips: Substitute the butter parsley sauce with an Asian style sweet chili sauce or Lemonette sauce for a little variety. Arctic Char may be used in place of Salmon.
