    4 lbs. shrimp
    2 cans hearts of palm

    Marinade:
    6 Tbs. olive oil
    4 Tbs. lemon juice
    3 Tbs. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. kosher salt


    Recipe



    In a large bowl, stir together the marinade ingredients.

    Add shrimp, toss to coat, cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Thread shrimp onto skewers alternating with hearts of palm.

    Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally until opaque--about 6 minutes.
