Slow Cooker Shrimp Creole

1 cup onion(s)
1/2 cup celery
1 medium green pepper
28 oz canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp ketchup
10 oz canned mushrooms
1 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon juice, canned or bottled
1 tsp dried parsley
1 pound shrimp
Recipe
Put onion, celery and green pepper in the slow cooker.
Combine next 9 ingredients in a bowl. Stir. Pour over top. Cover. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in shrimp and cook on high for 20 to 30 min. until shrimp is cooked through.
