Tuna Steaks wMushroom Sauce&Garlic Toast

2x15ml spoons olive oil
2 shallots or small onions, peeled and finely chopped
125g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
4x15ml spoons Sainsbury’s Be Good to Yourself crème fraîche
1.2 x 20g pack fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
200g pack Sainsbury’s boneless & skinless 2 tuna steaks
2 slices of granary bread
1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
Recipe
1. Heat 15ml spoon of the oil in a pan, add the shallots or onions and the mushrooms, and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the crème fraîche and parsley, season to taste, then set aside.
2. Brush the tuna with a little of the remaining oil and griddle or pan-fry for 3–4 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until griddle marks are made and it is cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside to keep warm.
3. Brush the bread with remaining oil and rub with the garlic. Place in the frying or griddle pan and brown over a moderate heat for about 1 minute.
4. Top each slice of garlic toast with a tuna steak, and some mushroom sauce. Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley, and serve with steamed broccoli.
