1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp minced ginger
1.5kg whole green (raw) prawns, shelled with tail intact
3 tbs honey
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Recipe
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add half the prawns and stir-fry until pink. Remove from pan and add remaining prawns to the pan. Cook until pink. Return all prawns to the pan and toss in the honey and soy sauce.
Serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds.
