    8 oz (200g) uncooked lasagna noodles (broken in halves)
    - 3 cups spaghetti sauce
    - 2 cups ricotta cheese
    - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    - 1 (10 oz/250g) frozen spinach soufflé, sliced while still frozen

    Recipe



    Place water in bottom of a deep sauté pan.

    Starting with noodles, create a layer, then spoon on sauce, ricotta cheese, slices spinach souffle and mozzarella cheese in that order.
    Repeat layers.

    Cover (vent closed) place over low heat for 45 - 55 min.
    To check for doneness pierce through center.

    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese, let stand, covered (vent opened) for 10 - 15 min
