    Three-Cheese Bowties with Toasted Walnut

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup (3 oz.) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
    2/3 cup ricotta cheese
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
    3/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 pound dried bowtie or penne pasta, cooked according to package directions, drained, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water

    Recipe



    Combine peas, walnuts, ricotta, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, butter, salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl. Stir in reserved pasta cooking water. Toss with hot pasta. Makes 6 servings.
