225g pasta shells
225g cooked shelled prawns
6 x 15ml spoons low-calorie oil and vinegar dressing
3 x 15ml spoons chopped parsley
1 lemon, cut in 6 wedges
6 cooked unshelled prawns
Recipe
Cook the pasta shells in plenty of boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain, and toss them together with the shelled prawns, dressing and parsley. Garnish with lemon wedges and unshelled prawns
