    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and well-drained
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    6 cups assorted fresh vegetables (such as asparagus, zucchini,
    or bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces)
    2 teaspoons McCormick® California Style Minced Garlic, Wet
    OR 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Oregano Leaves
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
    Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Place pasta in large bowl; set aside.


    2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp tender. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes.

    3. Toss pasta and vegetable mixture together, chill. Garnish with Parmesan before serving, if desired.
