    2 sheets butter puff pastry
    2 punnets fresh raspberries
    1 egg yolk
    a little milk, for brushing
    1/3 cup caster sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

    Cut 10 cm squares from the pastry. Scatter some raspberries over and fold to seal. Brush with some milk and egg and sprinkle with some sugar. Bake for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.

    Serve warm with ice cream or custard.
