List of Ingredients
1 (9”/23 cm) baked pastry shell
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
3/4 cup (175 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream, whipped
Yellow food colouring [optional]
2 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced
Recipe
1. Combine Eagle Brand, lemonade concentrate and food colouring if desired; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pastry shell.
2. Chill 4 hours or until set. Garnish with kiwifruit. Refrigerate leftovers
