    Prepared pastry for one-crust 9-inch pie
    3/4 cup - Domino® Granulated Sugar
    1/4 cup - chopped pecans
    2 teaspoons - flour
    2 teaspoons - lemon juice
    3/4 teaspoon - cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon - nutmeg
    1 - (20-oz.) can sliced apples, drained well
    Crumb Topping:
    1/2 cup - firmly packed Domino® Light Brown Sugar
    1/3 cup - all purpose flour
    1/4 cup - butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 cup - chopped pecans
    1/4 teaspoon - cinnamon


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 9-inch pie plate with prepared pastry.Trim and crimp edges as desired; set aside.

    In medium bowl combine sugar, pecans, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add apples and toss well. Arrange in pastry-lined plate.

    In small bowl mix brown sugar, flour, butter, pecans and cinnamon with a pastry blender or fingertips until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spoon topping over apples.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake an additional 35 minutes. Cool on rack.

    Makes 8 servings.
