List of Ingredients




1/2 cup - water
3/4 cup - sugar
2 tablespoons - cornstarch
1 3 oz. package - strawberry gelatin powder (Jello)
1 cup - water, boiling
4 cups - strawberries
9" - crust, baked & cooled



Recipe



Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to sugar mixture. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat until clear and partly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool until slightly set. Arrange strawberries in 9" crust. Pour gelatin mixture over berries. Refrigerate until set. Serve topped with whipped cream, if desired.
