    List of Ingredients




    4 spinach-flavored or plain burrito-size tortilla wraps
    1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
    1 box (10 oz) carved skinless, fully cooked chicken breast or 2 cups leftover chicken
    4 tsp hot-pepper sauce, or to taste
    5 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/2 cup bottled lite chunky blue-cheese dressing

    Recipe



    1. Position racks to divide oven in thirds. Heat to 425°F. Coat 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. Moisten top of 1 tortilla and press another tortilla firmly on top to form a 2-layer crust. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining 2 tortillas.

    3. Cut 1 cup tomatoes in quarters. Place in a bowl with chicken and hot sauce. Toss to mix. Divide between crusts.

    4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until crusts are crisp and lightly browned around edges.

    5. Meanwhile wipe bowl clean. Cut remaining tomatoes in half. Place in bowl; add lettuce, celery and dressing; toss to mix. Spoon on pizzas and cut each in thirds.
