    Recipe Introduction

Thanks to its no-measure ingredients, this appetizer pizza goes together fast.

    List of Ingredients

1 10-ounce package refrigerated pizza dough
    • 1 16-ounce package loose-pack frozen Italian-blend vegetables
    • 1 8-ounce can pizza sauce
    • 1 2-1/2-ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1 2-1/4-ounce can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
    • 1 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
    • 2 - 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
    • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

    Recipe

    1. Lightly grease an 11- to 13-inch pizza pan. Unroll pizza dough and transfer to greased pan, pressing out dough with your hands. Build up edges slightly. Prick generously with a fork. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the frozen vegetables according to package directions until crisp-tender; drain well. Spread pizza sauce over hot crust. Top with cooked vegetables, mushrooms, and olives. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

    3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper, if desired. Makes 12 appetizer servings.
