2-1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp. oil (optional)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) jambalaya rice mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 cup sliced celery
Recipe
BRING water and oil to boil in large saucepan.
ADD rice mix, sausage and celery; mix well. Return to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low.
SIMMER 25 to 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
