    Western Star E-meals

    List of Ingredients




    50g Western Star butter
    3 shakes (nutmeg, ground coriander, cinnamon)
    1 teaspoon hot chilli paste
    1 leek, finely sliced
    400g assorted vegetables chopped (cauliflower, carrot, eggplant,
    zucchini, green beans and red capsicum)
    30g plain flower
    150g canned chickpeas
    400ml milk
    75g Bodalla tasty cheese grated
    Couscous and parsley to serve.

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a large non stick fry pan.
    Add spices, chilli paste and leek and cook until softened.
    Add vegetables and chickpeas and sauté for 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir for 2 minutes.
    Add milk and bring to boil stirring continuously until thickened.
    Sprinkle cheese over and stir until melted

    Serve over couscous garnished with parsley
