Mushroom Risotto

List of Ingredients
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (optional)
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
3/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
Recipe
BRING broth, water, mushrooms, butter and seasonings to boil in medium saucepan.
STIR in rice and grated topping; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

Special Extra: Add 1 cup frozen peas with mushrooms.
