2 measuring cups or 300 g (0,66 lb) rice (Basmati or Thai)
400 ml chicken stock
1 finely chopped onion
50 g (0,11 lb) butter

Rinse the rice under running water. Place the butter,chopped onion, rice and stock in the bowl. Lightly season with salt but take care not to add too much, especially if using stock cubes. Stir well. Cover with the
lid and switch on. The appliance will automatically switch to “keep warm” after about 16-22 minutes.
