2 measuring cups or 300 g (0,66 lb) long grain rice
50 ml olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
100 g (0,22 lb) ham
100 g (0,22 lb)mushroom
400 ml chicken stock
250 ml tomato sauce
parmesan cheese
salt
pepperRecipe
Rinse the rice under running water. Cut the ham and mushrooms into small pieces. Place the olive oil, chopped onion, ham, mushroom and rice in the bowl. Stir well. Add the chicken stock and season with pepper. Lightly season with salt but take care not to add too much, especially if using stock cubes. Cover with the lid and switch on. The
appliance will automatically switch to “keep warm” after about 16-22 minutes cooking. Serve with tomato sauce.
